1.1 Eligibility & Enrollment
Verilivq Language School provides English and multilingual training for students and professionals. By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the minimum age or prerequisite requirements for your chosen course. Enrollment is finalized only upon receipt of the registration fee and relevant documentation.
1.2 Code of Professional Conduct
Verilivq maintains a professional environment conducive to focused study.
Students must respect instructors and peers. Harassment, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior at our Makassar campus at Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 101 may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as outlined in our Academic Standards.
1.3 Attendance & Schedule
Course schedules are fixed at the start of each term. While we strive to accommodate rescheduling requests in our premium 1-on-1 tracks, group classes operate on a non-flexible timeline. Missed sessions due to student absence are not eligible for make-up hours or partial refunds unless otherwise specified in a custom corporate agreement.
Payment Policy
All tuition fees are payable in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless a corporate contract stipulates otherwise. Full payment or the first installment must be cleared three business days prior to the first session.
Cancellations
Withdrawals requested 7 days before course commencement are eligible for an 80% refund. After the course begins, tuition is non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to small class sizes and instructor scheduling.
Intellectual Property Rights
The curriculum, proprietary worksheets, digital learning modules, and the Verilivq methodology distributed during your studies are the exclusive intellectual property of Verilivq Language School. Students are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our coursework without explicit written consent from our Makassar headquarters is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indonesian IP laws.

Verilivq provides this website and its digital resources "as is." While we maintain high academic standards, we do not guarantee specific exam outcomes (such as IELTS/TOEFL scores) as results depend on individual student dedication and external testing bodies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services that cannot be resolved through internal mediation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Makassar.
